We are personally at your service. We always return your call, we respond to every email. We are quick We are transparent. We know „our“ interim managers in person. We understand the food industry. We are service providers in the sense of „perform“, not in the sense of „serve“! We work exclusively for the food industry. We will provide fitting interim manager profiles within 2-3 days after your call. After the joint selection interviews, we draft DDIM-approved service contracts and the project may begin. Our record? Project start 3 days after the call of the customer.

  • You will receive comprehensive personal and individual support from us with respect to all aspects of interim management.
  • We are your partner that brings you to the table with the right interim managers.
  • Within two to three days after reception of your project request, you will receive our proposals with suitable interim managers who – with the best possible combination of industry experience, functional competence and management level – are suitable for working on your project in a target-oriented and successful manner. That’s our promise!
  • We personally accompany you and the interim manager during the entire project period and, if you wish, we can visit you regularly for a joint business lunch. If necessary, we are also available at any time. Not just 9 to 5!
  • Due to our industry focus, we know the special requirements of the food industry and its partners.
  • We personally know the interim managers who have completed successful projects in this industry and we provide a large, exclusive and, above all, up-to-date pool of interim managers. This guarantees the quick activation of currently available interim managers.
  • Through our personal network to the most important institutes and associations in the food industry, we have direct access to proven experts and in cooperation with personnel consultancies in other European countries that also focus on the sector, we have access to an international managerial potential in the food industry.
  • Our fee for the interim manager daily rate is agreed in advance when the order is placed. Transparent for you and for the interim manager. This creates clarity and cost certainty.
  • Absolute discretion, protection of information and confidentiality for you and the interim manager are binding for us without exception.
  • We think interim management holistically. In this respect, you benefit from our entire range of consulting services, including all accompanying measures, such as change management, training, coaching and organizational development.
  • We are fully transparent.

Payment method

Billing takes place every two weeks based on the proof of services confirmed by the customer to the interim manager.

Additional costs

There are no additional additional costs for the services of RAU | INTERIM unless pre-arranged with the customer. Any additional costs for the interim manager are agreed separately between the customer and the interim manager.

Due date and VAT

Fees and any auxiliary costs are due after receipt of the invoice without deduction plus statutory value added tax. RAU INTERIM also likes to send invoices as electronic invoices, e.g. in ZUGFeRD format.

Included services

RAU | INTERIM stands for the personal support of the interim projects. At any time. In the background and active when needed. Regular personal meetings between the customer, the interim manager and RAU |  INTERIM during the project period is seen by us as a pillar of our binding communication and our sustainable way of cooperation.

Contract design
